Depressed

No idea why, but I feel like crying...

Perhaps it's the work stress, or the change in some relationships in my life, or the lack of control over stuff that has been happening recently.

Overwhelmed by the spate of events over the past few weeks.

My heart feels extremely heavy right now....depressed state.
