Just had lunch with my colleagues. A good time together. Gave me the chance to get to know the people I worked with a little better. Bonding work relationships.

Met Min yesterday night. Was a great time too. Finally got to eat at Sakae Sushi which I have been craving for almost a week!!! Hahaha...feels 'SHIOK' eating my salmon and wasabi. Yummy....mouth drooling just thinking about it.

Walked through Orchard Road after dinner and realised that the Christmas light-up this year looks pretty ridiculous. As Min pointed out, it looks like Chinese New Year, except that there's Christmas songs playing in the background. Feels disoriented. Is this Christmas or Chinese New Year? Hmm...maybe it's a 2-in-1 affair.

Can you imagine Santa wearing a traditional Chinese costume, standing against a backdrop of mountains covered in snow, holding red packets in one hand and fire crackers in the other?

I dunno about you, but that looks ridiculously off to me....

Ahh...the weekend's approaching mighty soon. Marvellous.
