Another Work Week.

Another working week.....another 5 days in office.

On this particular Monday morning, I came to work with a heavy heart. Have got some stuff that I need to trash out with my manager. Not exactly sure how I am going to talk to her as well...just gotta see how things go....

Scared, yet knowing I must get through this and stick with my decision to the end.....

Many a time, we need all the courage we can find to face up to certain realities. Realities that may hurt or be painful, realities that we would very much like to avoid. However, one cannot live life running away from realities.

We need to face up to our fears and face them squarely in the face, knowing that the battle will be over when we do. Whether or not we win the battle, it doesn't matter. What counts is the fact that we have one less burden on our shoulders...one less problem on our minds...

And so....here I am, waiting for the opportune time to speak to my manager. Crossing my fingers and trusting that everything will work out for my good....Why? Because God is with me. There should be no reason to fear when I have a clear conscience and His Spirit guiding my heart with peace.
